8. Leverage Heat Maps
I think heat maps would provide some of the most useful data needed to make decisions about future customer experience improvements. Heat maps can show what areas and features are used most often. They can show the effectiveness of element size and placement (such as buttons). They can also help with determining the part of the screen that is most effective for a call to action and/or ad placement.
