9. An Internal Chat Or IM App
I determine the quality of customer service by how quickly I’m provided an accurate solution. So for me, a minimum requirement is quick access to other team members through chat or instant messaging applications. The group is stronger than the individual, and chat and messaging applications make the group available within seconds, shortening the time to provide accurate answers to a customer.
